Your last chance to catch the BEST sales + my top 10 picks + what I bought this week

5. The straight-leg cropped trouser is the cut for A/W11 and citrine is the colour of the season. Perfect.

4. It's almost time to do away with the maxi and apopt the midi. In versatile navy, this Whistles skirt will be your winter staple; belt it and wear with a silk Equipment shirt and choker necklace.
3. Polka dots are the decorative element for next season and this gem from Dorothy Perkins deserves a place in your working wardrobe. Team with dotted tights and towering heels to complete the look
2. This chic collar is a must for next season and ticks the 40's ladylike trend too.
1. Wear this with a tux jacket to emulate next seasons 'dressy menswear' look

With many on-line and retail stores reducing their stock even further to 70% off, now is the time to stock up on on-trend transitional pieces for the coming Autumn months. But hurry many of the sales finish this weekend!

What I bought in the sale
I shop for myself much like I shop with my clients. I put together a capsule wardrobe and snap up the must have pieces at the beginning of the season and supplement my wardrobe with a few bits and pieces as the season progresses.

So when it comes to sale time I head straight for the accessories; shoes, bags and jewellery. I also look to pick up pieces that tick the trend box for next season. But as I still have my baby bump I will be holding off buying trend pieces til much later in the season and instead I am buying pieces that allow me to feed the little one in style.
